Jiu-jitsu

In jiu-jitsu it doesn't matter how much you weigh, or how tall you are, let alone even how old you are . what really matters is how you present your self, the moment you step on that mat. whether you choose to lose the battle but win the war. yeah the training can be hard at times but you test yourself by competing with others. the sports not about who's the stronger person its all about skill and leverage, having a good mindset and never backing down most importantly having fun.
